Jammu Bal Bhavan, Jammu, Jai Hind Bal Bhavan, Dhule (Maharashtra), Jawahar Bal Bhavan,  Mandi (New Delhi), Bal Bhavan Society Baroda, (Gujarat), Bal Bhavan Silvassa (D&N), Bal Bhavan Telangana (Hyderabad), Shanti Niketan Bal Bhavan (Jammu) & Bal Bhavan Goa.

Inter-State Cultural Programme (Festival of Folk Dances & Folk Music) was organized by Bal Bhavan – Goa wherein 6 different states from India participated in this Programme. This is the 2nd consecutive year Bal Bhavan Goa is organizing such Programme.

Participating states were Bal Bhavan Jammu & Kashmir, Bal Bhavan, New Delhi, Bal Bhavan Maharashtra, Bal Bhavan Telangana, & Bal Bhavan Gujarat.
Inauguration of Interstate Cultural Programme was at hands of Hon’ble Chief Minister of Goa Shri. Monohar Parrikar in the distinguished presence of Shri. Govind Gaude, Hon. Minister for Art & Culture, Govt. of Goa at Kala Academy.

Hon’ble Chairperson of Bal Bhavan, Dr.Sheetal D. Naik hoisted the National flag at Bal Bhavan Panaji on the occasion of Goa Liberation Day in the presence of the Director and children of Bal Bhavan Primary School.

Bal Bhavan Goa (Panaji) is the examination centre of (ABGM) Akhil Bhartiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya, Miraj and conducts examinations in Harmonium, Tabla, Bharatnatyam, Kathak, Vocal, wherein examiners are deputed by ABGM, Miraj to conduct the examinations. This year, the examinations were conducted in November/December 2017.

“Amche Goem” dance was presented by 400 children of Bal Bhavan & Bal Bhavan Kendras on the occasion of State Level Goa Liberation Day celebration on 19th December, 2017 held at Campal, Panaji. The Chief Guest of the function was Shri. Manohar Parrikar, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Goa.
